Once you have officially booked us are your team, your wedding experience is personally crafted to your vision for your engagement, bridal portraits, wedding day and your gallery/film. We believe if we focus on your experience and it's authenticity then the stunning photos + film will follow.
A look into our process.
A couple months before the wedding day we will have a vision call to ensure we fully understand your vision for your unique wedding day experience from start to finish. We will work closely with you and your planner to create a carefully tailored photo/video timeline including your family portraits list and any pertinent details to ensure your day goes smoothly and nothing is missed.

The day is finally here! Your day will be met with a stress-free approach. We know what it’s like to be overwhelmed by everything the day of your wedding. We’ll be there to remind you to stay in the moment with all your loved ones knowing that we are there for you! Your job is to be present while creating the memories and ours is to capture them authentically as they unfold!

The waiting period to receive your wedding photos and film is a difficult one. The day flies by faster than you hoped and you just want to relive it already! We believe a luxury experience encompasses efficiency which is why we work diligently to get your sneak peek photo gallery to you within 48 hours of your wedding day and your wedding highlight film within one week! Then, your full gallery + film is delivered only 6 weeks later.

When in front of Whitney’s lens, you can expect guidance and prompts that create laughter and giddy candids along with some editorial posing for your portraits. During the ceremony, reception, and all the in between moments her documentary style photography kicks in and your only job is to soak up every moment trusting that she is capturing each memory timelessly for you to relive for decades to come!
On the wedding day, you can find Colby by Whitney’s side capturing the day saving you precious time by not having you do everything twice! While images can beautifully capture moments in time, Colby focuses on documenting the emotion in motion throughout the day along with the cherished voices, prayers, vows, and laughter from you and your loved ones to hold close to your heart. When it comes to editing, Colby believes your film should be as unique as your wedding day completely customizing it to your vision rather than a cookie-cutter copy and paste.

Yes! We are both full time and fully dedicated to making your wedding a luxurious and stress-free experience!
We love this question because we truly feel that we offer a unique experience as a photo/video husband and wife team. One of the planners we work closely with only hires photo/video teams because they know the value of having a team that works seamlessly around each other and understands that BOTH photography and videography are important for their own reasons. Colby and I are in this business to serve you and aid in helping you enjoy your day to it's fullest without feeling uncomfortable or feeling the need to "perform" for our cameras. We want you to soak up every single moment of your day and for your photos + film to transport you back to those raw moments for you to relive them (and their emotions) for decades to come.
Of course we do! We love to travel and believe that some of our best work can come from being at a new venue, location, city, or country to giving us creative freedom! We always arrive early to every wedding to see what the lighting is like on that particular day, find various potential locations for all of the portraits, and to ensure the vendor team meets us knowing we are there to help in any way that we can to make your day as special and seamless as possible! Travel fees do not apply until the location is 3 hours away from Raleigh, NC. Past that, the travel fee will be applied to your custom proposal.
Yes! We are fully insured and have a Certificate of Insurance that we will provide your planner and venue!
